My professional journey began with a successful military career, where I gained invaluable experience instructing and leading large groups of individuals. After plus/minus eight years of dedicated service, I transitioned into the corporate world, holding management positions at various levels and across different countries. Eventually, I ascended to Board positions in international and multinational corporations.

Throughout my career, my unwavering passion has been to empower and guide others towards personal growth and success. Whether through coaching, mentoring, or simply offering support, I found immense joy and gratification in helping individuals realize their full potential. Recognizing the profound connection between our emotional and mental well-being and our overall fulfilment, I started to provide guidance/coaching to family, friends, and colleagues, helping them navigate life's challenges and achieve their aspirations.

As I continued to evolve as an individual, I delved deeper into the intricacies of our minds, particularly the interplay between our conscious and subconscious minds.
